Lisa La Susa OD

Dr. La Susa is a highly skilled and board-certified optometrist specializing in the treatment and management of ocular disease. As a licensed glaucoma specialist in Texas, she is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care services. Dr. La Susa obtained her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the esteemed Inter American School of Optometry in Puerto Rico. Prior to that, she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Throughout her academic journey, Dr. La Susa gained valuable experience through internships with organizations like Prevent Blindness Wisconsin. She also completed two internships focusing on primary care optometry in Houston, Texas. Dr. La Susa is passionate about serving patients of all ages and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to provide comprehensive eye exams to a diverse population.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. La Susa finds joy in various activities. She enjoys running, immersing herself in the pages of her latest book club book, and actively volunteering with Mercy House Global. Dr. La Susa resides in The Woodlands with her husband, Blake.
